Space Smash and Brooklyn Mac & Cheese have jointly opened at the Plymouth Meeting Mall in the space that was last the home of Elevation Burger on the exterior of the mall near Redstone.

The two concepts started in a ghost kitchen in Philadelphia, where they were only available for takeout and delivery. The Plymouth Meeting location has the option to dine-in.

The hours are Monday through Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (for brunch, not yet available), and Saturday from 4:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and Sunday from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The menus are below. Note that in the near future, the owners intend to introduce a Saturday and Sunday brunch menu that will offer breakfast dishes. You can order Space Smash online through DoorDash and other services, or stop by and order for dine-in and takeout. We do not yet see the Brooklyn Mac & Cheese menu online, but it is posted at the restaurant.
