Rules on Horses, Ponies, Mules and Donkeys in Conshohocken

In 1967 the Borough of Conshohocken adopted a series of laws that basically dealt with having horses, ponies, mules and donkeys within the borough. I have seen a couple goats and heard a rooster once, but I still haven’t witnessed a horse coming down Fayette.

So if your kid wants a pony for Christmas, it is totally legal to have one in Conshy and even ride it down the street.
